Meteghan's Riverside Lobster International Win Two Yarmouth And Area Chamber Of Commerce Business Awards

Two awards for a Meteghan business tonight at the 11th annual Yarmouth and Area Chamber of Commerce Awards.

Riverside Lobster International won Large Business of the Year and Export Achievement at the ceremony at the Grand Hotel ceremony.

David Deveau, Owner of Riverside Lobster says it means a lot to win the awards.

"We put our time and huge effort into visiting overseas markets. We're all about trying to grow and supply the demand."

Deveau says it's nice to be recognized.

"We're fortunate enough in Southwestern Nova Scotia to have a fantastic product called lobster. We are the guys that like to push it. We're doing good things, and people are showing appreciation tonight. We are ever so grateful."

Over 100 individuals and businesses were nominated in 10 categories.

Large Business of the Year: Riverside Lobster International Inc.
